Animals are such a gift from God. It is so sad that so many are abused or abandoned all over the world. There are so many ways we can help these poor animals. If you can't be a foster parent or just can't adopt you can always volunteer at local shelters. Also, this idea may be small but every little bit helps. I just posted on my Face book page (Pet Portraits by Becky Kidd) If you have household items you don't need anymore there are Thrift Stores that donate the profits to our animals that need your help. You should be able to find Thrift Stores in your area that will donate their profits like this. I live in the Atlanta area and there are quite a few of these Thrift Stores. So if you can't adopt or foster and you want to help this may be for you. Everyone has junk that may be some ones treasure.
